Our Location
Elmscott Farm is a mixed cliff farm situated on a North Devon coast road between Hartland Quay and Welcombe Mouth.

Ideal starting and finishing point for walking holidays on the South West Coastal footpath. This is an ideal centre for touring Devon and Cornwall with safe, local beaches nearby.

The Grounds
There is an outside games room with table tennis and pool and spacious garden for guests’ enjoyment.

All bedrooms are well appointed with tea and coffee making facilities.
Two rooms are en-suite; one has private bathroom.
Toiletries, hairdryers and bathrobes are also provided for the guests’ convenience.



Directions
From Junction 27 on M5 take A361 in direction of Barnstaple continuing on the A39 signed Bideford and Bude. Approximately 9 miles after crossing the Torridge Bridge near Bideford go straight over the mini roundabout at Clovelly Cross. Ignore signs to Hartland. After a further 3 miles turn right at the top of Bursdon Moor, following signpost 4 miles to Elmscott.
